Can I get a deal on multiple KitBrix bags?
Yes! We advise our bags are sold in pairs as the bags zip together and have split organized function. This feature simply allows faster organization while also exceptionally reducing the pain of separating wet and dry change clothes or whatever your needs.
What colors do you offer?
Standard colors are black, grey, blue, red and yellow. We can also offer custom color team production for a 500 PCS Minimum Order Quantity – and pantone matched colors for higher volume promotional merchandise.
What insert do you have?
The bag has a roof pocket for placing your own gear check list. This will save you from forgetting any articles you will need. Inside the bag there is a hugely robust side pocket for valuables.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Are the straps adjustable?
Yes. The bag has an 8” padded, adjustable strap. Some people prefer to take off the outer over wrap and use the less bulky single nylon strap.
How quickly will my KitBrix be delivered?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2PM CST will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 2PM CST will be processed the following business day. If you require faster delivery please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

Free delivery on orders over $95. For orders under $95, a standard delivery fee applies.
What is your return policy?
Returns & Warranty
With KitBrix you can relax, "Customer is King" - you are fully protected with your purchase. All products that have been personalized/customized are not subject to the Returns Policy below. Personalized / customized bags cannot be returned or exchanged.
As a customer you are entitled to cancel the contract, with no explanation necessary, within fourteen ( 14 ) days after the day the goods are received (proved by postal receipt or courier signed copy of delivery). Cancellation must be performed via written instruction (letter or e-mail). Upon receipt of these written instructions, the notice of cancellation is given. Written cancellation must be sent within the time limit to make it valid. Returns should be addressed to: email@example.com
In case of a cancellation, the customer is responsible for returning the merchandise safely and in re-sellable condition and KitBrix is responsible for refunding the purchase price of the product only. KitBrix is not responsible for refunding the original postage costs, due to the customer's indecision. In case the customer returns only part of the merchandise or returns the merchandise in a worsened condition the customer must compensate KitBrix. If the customer has already paid the purchase price, KitBrix is entitled to deduct depreciation from the reimbursement. Compensation is not to be made, if the deterioration of the product is exclusively attributed to it being tested, for instance, as would have been likely in the shop. In all other respects the customer can avoid the obligation of value replacement, if he/she does not use the item like an owner and refrains from using it in any way that impairs its value.
Sale items can only be exchanged.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for voluntary returns and cancellations within the 14 day period.
Obligation for payment refunds must be fulfilled within 30 days after sending the cancellation statement. For you the customer the revocation deadline begins with the dispatch of your revocation notice or of the dispatch of the goods. For KitBrix, the period begins with their receipt. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by KitBrix before any repair or replacement is authorized.
The right of revocation does not apply in case of special order items made to individual customer specifications.
End of revocation policy
Please avoid damage and contamination. Send us the goods as unused as possible with the original packaging and tag. The goods need to be in a re-sellable condition and with all the accessories. Please send us the goods safely, and well packed, in order to avoid damage in transit.
Returns must include original invoice / receipt or copy of original invoice / receipt.
As soon as we have received the goods, we will refund the purchase price of the item (total payment minus postage) to your credit or debit card account. In some exceptional cases, a refund on the used credit card account may not be possible for technical reasons. For this purpose, please specify your bank account details when returning.
KitBrix product coverage is reflective of our commitment to our consumer's ongoing satisfaction.
KitBrix products are rigorously tested to ensure that the products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with a KitBrix product (the "Product") and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, KitBrix will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product. The duration of the warranty is stated on the list of Product features on our website. Our warranty period is within 12 months of purchase, Please note, the warranty does not apply to end of line sale items.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage.
If the warranty applies, you will be notified as to whether the Product will be repaired or replaced. Any such repair or replacement will be at KitBrix 's expense, however you will be expected to return the product to the KitBrix service center. If the Product is to be replaced and the Product is no longer available, KitBrix will substitute a comparable KitBrix product (if one exists). Please note that some products will become obsolete and will be no longer supported when new versions come onto the market.

Proof of Purchase
Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase. This will be needed to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Additionally, this will serve as proof of your purchase. Our 12 month limited warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorized KitBrix store or directly from KitBrix.com
What is your exchange policy?
Please share with us within 14 days your reason for wishing to exchange the bag. If it is simply a color change request, of course we can help with an exchange, you may have to pay delivery.

If my item is not covered by warranty, can I still make repairs?
Let us see the bag by picture before doing any home-repairs. There may be an easy resolution but we pride ourselves on the most robust nature of the product, the ridiculously hard wearing style we designed and we see the KitBrix bag as a bag for life. Treated well, but nevertheless expecting outdoor impact your bag is able to cope with any situation.
